Welcome to Morningland Dairy, where we make and sell raw milk cheeses.
Morningland Dairy is located in the beautiful Missouri Ozarks. We are a grazing based dairy and try to stay as natural as possible. We use intensive rotational grazing methods to best utilize our pastures. Our herd is Holstein and Holstein/Jersey. All the milk is used to make delicious and healthy raw milk cheddar & colby cheeses which are shipped out all over the US via UPS. We are both state and federally inspected.
We also have two local goat milk suppliers who bring goat milk in twice a week. We make and sell raw milk goat Cheddar & Colby which is marketed under the name of Ozark Hill Farms.
The basic ingredient list for our cheese: Fresh Raw Milk, Vegetable Rennet, Sea Salt. In addition, we use crushed jalapeno peppers and granulated garlic to make our Hot Pepper Colby & Garlic Colby cheeses.
